Found 20ft. off the west side of the trail on the north side of the Capilano River at Capilano River Park. The Park is located at 3735 Capilano River Rd., North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Notes
The cap has a light yellow circle in the middle of it. It is very fragile and easily brokem. The stipe is very smooth. The spore print is of a dark black color. THe mushrooms are known to grow in groups and also in solitude. This sample was found growing
Habitat
The Mushroom was located under a Douglas Fir Tree. The ground was surrounded and had in it well decayed wood.
