This effused-reflexed porous specimen was collected in an immature hemlock stand from wood on the lower edge of a fallen hemlock tree located in Capilano River Regional Park on October 22, 2005. Once in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, head over the Lion's Gate Bridge toward North Vancouver and take Capilano Road/ Grouse Mountain exit. From highway 1, this is exit#14. Travel north and take turn off to fish hatchery, on Capilano Park Rd. At approximately 90 m. high, the collection site can be found at 49 21’ 25.1” north latitude and 123?6’ 43.3” west longitude.
