Notes
The stipe was hard and tough and a dark brownish colour. The cap was convex and reddish brown i colour. The cap was indented near centre and where it was indented the cap was a slightly off centre. The cap was indented slightly darker reddish brown colour near centre. No discernable smell. The mushroom was sticky so granules of dirt were stuck all over the top and underside of the cap.
Habitat
Found on dead decaying log off trail in Capilano Park. May have been a deciduous tree.
