Notes
The cap was slightly sticky when moist. The stalk was central and thick, the thickest park being the base, and white colour that bruised slightly pink at first and then darkened into brown. The cap was tan in the centre and had a 1 cm ring around the edge that was gold. The cap had a slight indentation at the top. The gills had a very slight peppery taste. When immature the cap came almost to the ground with very little of the stalk visible. The stalk was still white while the cap was a light tan with no gold ring. Spores white, maybe slightly yellow. They were amyloid and had spikes covering along with a plage. Basidia each with 4 spores.
Habitat
On ground next to a hemlock tree, in thick plant litter, very moist.
