Habitat
Fungus was growing ubiquitously on the fallen, but still suspended, horizontal bole, and some of the branches of a Tsuga heterophylla. Forest canopy closure in this area was approximately 80%, with the canopy comprised mainly of T. heterophylla, Thuja plicata, and Pseudotsuga menziesii.
