Habitat
Growing in a fairly large cluster of fruiting bodies in soil alongside Coho Loop Trail. Lyophyllum connatum was growing among moss species in the genus Polytrichum and the genus Eurhynchium and approximately 1-2 meters from sword fern (Polystichum munitum). The Coho Trail meanders through a fairly open conifer forest near the Capilano River.
