Macroscopic: Light brown, umbilicate cap with slightly upturned margins. Stipe is similar colour as the cap with a coating of fibrils. Colour did not change over time or with bruising. Earthy odour and mild taste. Cap 1.3-4.8cm across, height 6.3-3.5cm, width of stipe 0.6-1.2cm.
Microscopic: Ellipsoid, creamy white spores from 5-7.5u. Basidia on gills but no cystidia.
Habitat
Near Alder, Douglas fir, and Hemlock. Scattered but close to each other. On humus and moist soil.
