Notes Cap:  3cm  across,depressed,multicoloured-light  brown  with  blotches,smooth,  wavy  margins
Gills:  white,  broadly  attached,  closely  spaced,  adnate,  with  broad  breadth,  average  in  thickness  and  forking.
Stem:  white,  4.5  cm  long,  central,  flexuous,  and  fibrous  and  when  bruised  it  changes  colour  to  a  light  orangy  brown  colour  within  a  few  minutes.

Taste:  Spicy(peppery)
Habitat Solitary  on  a  piece  of  decaying  wood  covered  by  plant  litter,  surrounded  by  fern  and  moss  in  the  mixed  forest  understory.
