Macroscopic morphology: Dry, densely fibrillose basidiomata. Basidiomata is tricholomatoid. Not hygrophanous. Convex pileus, diameter 23 mm, context thickness at disc 13 mm. Pileus is an uneven light brown colour. Margin of pileus is decurved. Uncinate attachment of gills. Gills are close and evenly spaced and cream coloured. Central stipe with bulbous base, length 36 mm, diameter at apex 5 mm, diameter at base 14 mm. Stipe is cream coloured when fresh with firm fibrous texture, after 2-3 hours lower half of stipe turned light golden brown (possibly due to handling) while apex remained cream coloured. No volva or ring. Spores dark pink/brown. Mushroom has no distinct odor or taste.
