Pale cream to light yellow-brown coloured with a slimy, peeling gelatinous layer on top. Pileus margins are entire. Lamellae are white, equal, entire, narrow, average thickness, and free. The central and clavate stipe is white and stiff but chalky, snapping cleanly off of the pileus. All parts bruise brown and have an unpleasant odor, but a mild taste. Fruiting body possibly immature. The pileus is about 55mm wide and 25mm thick. The gills have a length of roughly 25mm and a breadth of 5mm. The stipe is 40mm long, 13mm wide at the apex, and 18mm wide at the base. Spores white under dissecting microscope. Basidiospores ovoid, thin-walled, and hyaline with amyloid spines mostly just under 1 micrometer. Basidospores are possibly dextrinoid in Melzers, or otherwise non-amyloid. On average, basidiospores are 107 micrometer long and 7.5 micrometers wide. Spines are somewhat evenly spaced but unequal sizes and dispersed. Pleurocystidia are 3-4 micrometers wide at their base and 5-13 micrometers in length.
