Subsect. Infularia, based on whitish gills and small basidia.
Spores much larger than expected from N. bicolaripes.
Spores have an overall elliptical shape and are angular. Pink spores are actually pinkish brown.
Basidia plus sterigmata 40-45 µm X 11-12 µm.
No cystidia or clamp connections.
