Cap: slightly decurved and incurved at edge.
Cap color: Decaying salmon brown and tannish-yellow at edge
Gills: Sinnuate; gill spacings were approximately 1mm apart
Gill color: Slightly pinkish tinge when young or fresh quickly fading to white when old or dried.
Whole mushroom color lost when dried.
Stipe: longitudinally and somewhat twisty striate pattern. Thin near the apex and broadening from top to bottom except close to below the surface where stipe is tapering down and radicating
