| Notes
|
A small mushroom with a papillate cap (with dark brown nipple). Stipe near the apex is a pale purple-grey colour. Has a maroon ring and stipe is stained the same colour from the ring down to its base. The diameter of the cap ranges from 1 to 2.5 cm. The depth of the cap ranges from 1.5 to 2 cm. The length of the stipe from where it attaches to the cap is 3.5 to 6 cm. The apex is 0.5 cm thick. The base of the stipe is about 1 cm thick. |
