This fungus has a fleshy, white, non-gelatinous stalk with a number of erect branches that range from pinkish to a faint orange. Flesh of the left specimen gives strong, immediate blue reaction in Melzer's. It does not have a cap, gills or a veil as it is a coral fungus. The spores are white-yellow and range from lengths of 7.5-12.5 micrometres and widths of 5.0-6.5 micrometres.
