Morphological Description
Cap: 2-4.5 cm broad, 1.5-2.5 cm tall, parabolic, smooth, with dry, dark brown cuticle, buff colored trama and brown pores
Pores: 2-3 pores per mm
Stalk: 4.5-8 cm long, wider at bottom than top, dark scabers all along length, light in color overall
Spore Print: dark reddish brown.
Microscopic Characteristics:
Spores 18-20µm long, 5-6µm wide (n=5), hyaline, ellipsoid. Caulocystidia: clavate, vertricose.
