Cap: Apparently still immature, appeared to be still in development stage. Surface was slightly moist and lubricous. Slightly reddish-brown with some scatter spots of yellow color. Inrolled to incurved underneath in the pores.
Pores: Faint yellow color and when bruised, color seemed to turn slightly darker if damaged or poked by a probe.
Stalk: Streaks of brown color on surface with occasional streaks of ivory or beige. Quite thick at the bottom and gets thinner as it reaches the cap. Cap itself is freely attached. Base of stalk appears to be yellow. Mycelium from the base appears to be yellow in color.
Veil: No veil.
Spore Print: No distinctive spore print was given due to immaturity but cap did leave a brownish smudge on the print.
Dried Characteristics: Turned from brown to yellow as it dried and shriveled up.

Notes
----no specimen--
Because the area where Yip stored the mushroom was quite damp, the dried mushroom got slightly wet without him noticing.
This unfortunately led to mold and the destruction of the specimen.
