Morphological Description
|
Cap: 1-5cm, brown-orange becoming more white as it gets to edge, domed to bell shaped becoming convex, margin has silky veil remnants, flesh is white. Gills: adnate, close, mostly white. Stipe: 0.2-0.4 cm wide, 5-12cm long, thicker, tough, white and darker grey/brown towards apex, silky fibrillose snakeskin or chevron pattern, relatively even, hallow inside. Flesh: white, thin, tough in stipe. Spores: 8-10 x 4.5-5 um, brown, smooth ellipsoid, germ pore. |
